Mentha Capital acquires majority stake in KP&T

Mentha Capital, an independent investment firm focused on smaller midsize companies in the Benelux, has acquired a majority stake in KP&T Projectadvies B.V. (“KP&T”). KP&T is an independent recruitment agency specialising in technical staff at the senior secondary vocational education level (MBO), higher professional education level (HBO) and research-oriented higher education level (WO). Mentha Capital will be supporting its management and founders who, as shareholders, will remain involved in the ongoing development of the business.

KP&T was founded in 1998 and is headquartered in Weert, with other branches in Amsterdam, Apeldoorn, Breda, and Nieuwegein. The business employs more than 300 people and specialises in finding, recruiting and placing technical staff. KP&T’s clients include leading technical companies as well as a range of government agencies. The business has experienced rapid growth in recent years and now has a commanding presence in the technical recruitment market. Its management team is aiming to build further on that presence over the next few years.
