Destiny takes over activities Ergatel

Leading cloud-based telecom operator Destiny strengthens its position as a challenger of the incumbent operators.

The Belgian cloud telecom operator Destiny has taken over the activities of its competitor Ergatel. This acquisition fits into their corporate strategy which aims to be the biggest and best cloud telecom operator for small and medium businesses.

Destiny’s growth strategy is based on both organic growth and acquisitions. The merger of the activities of both companies provides a great benefit to customers and partners as geographical coverage of the whole of Belgium is reached and a broader service platform is created. This makes Destiny the only Belgian provider with an extensive portfolio of cloud-based voice and data solutions.

The “cloud strategy” of the company is thereby enhanced and the service portfolio expanded. The joint company will serve more than 2,000 clients in Belgium with seventy employees.
